Call for Papers 2025

We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the XII^th edition of the International Conference on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime (IC3). This conference aims to encourage the exchange of ideas about the evolution of cyberspace, information security challenges, and new facets of cybercrime. 

The conference proceedings are indexed in EBSCOhost, CEEOL, Google Scholar, and Crossref.

This conference represents an excellent opportunity to present your research and connect with like-minded professionals in your area of expertise. We welcome papers on a wide range of topics: https://proceedings.cybercon.ro/index.php/ic3/conference-topics.

Please note the following deadlines:
- Submission of papers: October 31, 2025
- Notification of acceptance: November 14, 2025

The accepted papers can be presented at CyberCon Romania, an international conference that brings experts from public institutions, private companies, and universities to raise awareness, embody the cybersecurity culture, and share best practices in fighting cybercrime.

There are no taxes or fees for submitting papers to the International Conference on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime (IC3).
