Author Guidelines

To ensure adherence to the International Conference on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime (IC3) standards, we kindly advise you to carefully read and understand the following submission instructions. This will also facilitate acceptance by the scientific reviewers.

  • Papers must be written in English, with an even number of pages (minimum of 4). Please ensure that at least 50% of the last page is occupied by text.
  • Use Microsoft Word and the provided template (Model.docx) for paper writing. We will handle the final formatting and necessary format conversions.
  • Submit your paper using our online interface. Please do not send your paper by email!
  • Two scientific reviewers, well-known in their domains of activity, will review your paper. The review process typically takes 1 to 2 months.
  • Ensure all figures, tables, and equations are correctly labelled and cited in the text. This will help reviewers and readers understand your research.
  • We will return your paper for corrections if figures, pictures, or tables are not contained within the text or if the reviewers require modifications or supplementary information.
  • Papers with inadequate scientific content, lack of original elements, or improper English writing will be rejected.
  • Clearly state your research questions or hypotheses and describe your methodology. This will help reviewers assess the scientific rigor of your work.
  • The responsibility for formulas, experimental data, scientific affirmations, and paper translations rests solely with the authors.
  • Ensure that your data and analysis support your conclusions. Avoid making unsubstantiated claims or conclusions that are not supported by your research.
  • Your bibliography must include at least 7-10 quality references that adequately support your paper.
  • Use the IEEE citation standard. Please consult the IEEE Reference Guide for further information.
  • Before submitting your paper, proofread it carefully for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
  • By submitting your paper, you declare that you have not published it or any parts of it in other journals.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth submission process.
