Call for Papers
We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the Xth edition of the International Conference on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime (IC3). This conference aims to encourage the exchange of ideas about the evolution of cyberspace, information security challenges, and new facets of cybercrime.
The conference proceedings are indexed in EBSCOhost, CEEOL, Google Scholar, and Crossref.

- Submission of papers: April 28, 2023
- Notification of acceptance: May 15, 2023
- Conference days: May 22-27, 2023
The accepted papers can be presented at CyberCon Romania, an international conference that brings experts from public institutions, private companies, and universities to raise awareness, embody the cybersecurity culture, and share best practices in fighting cybercrime.
There are no taxes or fees for submitting papers to the International Conference on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime (IC3).

The International Conference on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime (IC3) is organized by the Romanian Association for Information Security Assurance (RAISA) with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Romania.
The institutional partners are the Romanian National Cyber Security Directorate, Romanian Police, Romanian National Institute of Magistracy, Romanian Banking Institute, European Institute of Romania, and Romanian Institute of Financial Studies.
The NGO partners are the Romanian National Association for Information Systems Security (ANSSI), ISACA - Romania Chapter, CIO Council Romania, and Cyber Security Research Center from Romania (CCSIR).
Our partners from universities are the IT&C Security Master Programme from Bucharest University of Economic Studies and the ICSFET Master Programme from the University Politehnica of Bucharest.
